It’s an honor…and HONOR, I tell ya…when your niece and her BFF want to come see you for spring break instead of going to the beach with friends! Ashton & Victoria came to see us for a few days and we just had a blast! We started it off with a visit to Samantha’s goat farm to see all the precious new babies!

Apparently my 20 year old sweatshirt with kitty applique is the desired level of “hipster”….so, needless to say, she just inherited it!

Mews took her first visit to the creek with us! We couldn’t convince Alfie to leave the mouse burrow he was standing guard over near the garden, so we went without him.

She wasn’t sure what to think of all that water! She did a little exploring with Jack, then rested in my lap looking and listening to every single sound. All the way down there and back she talked and talked and talked. She makes about 50 different Meow’s!
